Very easy company to work with, staff are friendly, very professional and knowledgeable on their product. Very quick turn around from initial contact to in person quote, measuring survey done the same day and fitters booked in less than 2 weeks after initial contact.
Fitters were very good, installed everything very well and cleaned up any mess created from the work really well too.

We had the complete house fitted with 11 new windows and a new door. Universal did a bespoke special order on a window with a leaded design. They went above and beyond to meet the vision I wanted for the new house. The fitters worked incredibly hard and the house was transformed. It immediately felt warmer and as we live near a motorway also quieter. Amy who oversaw the project was always at hand and was amazing.
